The return of Wiley is in full swing as we see him pop up at radio sets in the Capital as well as post pictures with a number of cold MC’s.
Wave is a collective hailing from London, made up of Ten Dixon, Shannon Parkes, Charlie Trees, Snoopa and Rhimez. Focused on creating their own movements, we have already seen the release of “Cmon Sessions” as well as a number of other videos on their YouTube channel “Wave Tube”. Creating authentic content that pushes grime as well as progressing the sound.
Their latest release “DJ Jack” gives us a further insight into the talent that the crew possesses featuring all members of Wave. With verses from all members, they clearly display their talent as both a collective as well as individuals. With Ten Dixon on the hook we hear a different sound from him then we are used to however he keeps the classic Ten Dixon flow which brings the track together perfectly, taking it from collective freestyle to a well-produced track, with collaborative product from Wave and DaVe.
The videography comes from SN Designs with the video taking place in Pirate Studios. Brining it back to music videos in the studio gives a nostalgic feel whilst still showing the innovation of the project as well as keeping it organic. Showing that it Is the music that matters and not a fabricated music video. Giving the impression that Wave is just a group of friends, having fun with everything they do and still giving us high quality music.
